As a result, as shown in Fig. 1, the ends of the adjacent fins overlap each other, and a simple mechanical operation using a fork 4 or the like is required to move the set of fins 3 upward. It was impossible to take it out, so it had to be done manually by visual inspection and touch.

のである。This is because, as shown in FIGS. 1B and 1C, the diameter d of the hole in the fin 3 is larger than the diameter d2 of the stack rod 2, and the distance 11 between the hole in the adjacent fin 2 and the hole in the adjacent stack rod 2 is larger than the diameter d2 in the stack rod 2. This is because the distance between the fins 3 and the fins 3 is equal to 12, so the fins 3 move laterally while being inserted into the stack rods 2. The present invention was devised to solve these conventional problems, and its purpose is to provide a fin stacking device that can easily take out a set of fins with simple mechanical work. . The present invention comprises a stack block and a stack rod, and the stack blocks are stacked in the vertical direction.
A plurality of unit supports that support the fins of a set are provided so that adjacent unit supports can move independently of each other, and when taking out the fins, the required units are moved to a position where the ends of adjacent fins do not interfere. This is a device that allows the support to be moved.

。Adjacent fins 14 are arranged such that their ends overlap with each other, as in the conventional example shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 4, the unit support 13 consists of a vertically long stack block 15 that matches the shape of the fin 14, and two stack rods 16 erected on the stack block 15.
Every other unit support 13 is configured to be movable in the longitudinal direction of the stack block 15, as shown in FIG. By this movement of the unit support 13, the mutual overlapping of the adjacent fins 14 is released. Note that the stack block 15
As shown in FIG. 5, the upper surface is formed into a concave and convex surface where the stack rod 16 is placed in a convex manner, and a required gap is secured between the fin 14 and the fin 14 so that the fin 14 can be taken out using a fork (not shown) or the like. It has been taken into consideration that there will be no hindrance to this.

Even if the fins 4 are removed, the ends of the fins 14 will not be damaged. As explained above, according to this embodiment, the mutual overlapping of the ends of the fins 7 is released by simply moving every other unit support, and the fins can be taken out one set at a time with a simple mechanical operation. No damage to the fins.

Each unit support 13 is moved in a stepwise manner,
The fins may be moved in a V-shape, or may be moved in any manner as long as the ends of the fins do not overlap each other. The present invention has been described above based on the preferred embodiments. According to the present invention, a set of fins can be easily taken out by a simple mechanical operation, and the fins are not damaged.
