(二次圧)の変動に応じて前記弁本体2の上流側(−次
側)から主ダイヤフラム室3内への流体吹出し量とこの
主ダイヤフラム室3からの流体漏れ量とを相対的に変化
させて、前記弁本体・2を開閉駆動するための駆動圧を
発生すべく構成しである自刃式減圧調圧器において、前
記主ダイヤフラム室31こ絞り4および容量タンク5を
介して補助ダイヤプラム室6を接続し、この補助ダイヤ
フラム室6のダイヤフラム7は、前記弁本体2の開閉動
作に伴なう二次圧の変動による力を減少する方向の力を
、前記主ダイヤフラム室3を形成する一対のダイヤフラ
ム8.9に加えるべく構成しであることを特徴とする自
刃式減圧弁用調圧器。Fluid is blown out from the upstream side (-next side) of the valve body 2 into the main diaphragm chamber 3 in response to fluctuations in the downstream pressure (secondary pressure) of the pressure reducing valve body 2 interposed in the middle of the fluid pipe 1.
