るアンローダ弁体が配設され、前記ノズルとアンローダ
弁座との間の前記管路中にエゼクタポンプが配設され、
このエゼクタポンプにその一端が連結されかつ他端が弁
座を介して薬液源に連結される弁室が形成され、この弁
室内に配設される弾性手段によって前記弁座方向に押圧
される弁体が前記弁座に就座されて成ることを特徴とす
