When transporting ready-mixed concrete on a large cableway, the empty packet weighs 140 kg and the carrier weighs 22 kg, totaling 16 kg.
Since it weighs 2 kg, it cannot be replaced manually, so it must be hung by a derrick or the like.

As shown in Figure 3, at the turning point of the carrier, guide hanger rails A and B are installed with a difference in height between the main rope and multiple ropes, and the end of one rail A is connected to the other rail B. A switch C that is thin and thin in steps so as to ride on the connecting end or other rail is rotatably attached and detachable, and the carrier that has crossed the guided hanger rail A from the multiple ropes is placed at the end. Next, turn the switch C connected to the tip of the guide hanger rail B coming from the main rope, place the thin part of the tip on top of the guide hanger rail A, and connect it. Then, the stopped carriage is reversed, rides on the switch C, passes through the connection point, rides on the hanger rail B coming from the main rope, and crosses over to the main rope.

This idea was developed in consideration of the above-mentioned circumstances, so that when there is a horizontal angle on the cableway route, the direction of the carriage is always on the outside angle side of the curve, and even a person can move the carriage at the loading or unloading area. To enable rehanging, the guide hanger rail suspended on the frame has a slight height difference and a curve, and at the connection point of the main rope and the hanger rail introduced from the complex, the hanger rail can be reversible into a V-shape. It is equipped with a reversing fitting and its mounting device.

この考案の構造を図について説明する。The structure of this invention will be explained with reference to the drawings.

The main rope 1 and the double rope 2 are each provided with guide hanger rails 3 and 4 with slightly different heights and curves, and a reversing fitting 5 that can be freely reversed into a V shape is attached to the V-shaped part that is the joint part of each guide hanger rail. Insert the root part 5a of the reversing metal fitting between the upper and lower protrusions 7, 7' of the reversing metal fitting 5 part 6, rotatably attach it to the shaft 8, and fix one end to the root part 5a of the reversing metal fitting 5 to form the reversing metal fitting support column. A retaining spring 9 is provided around the periphery of the hanger rail 6 and the other end thereof is locked at the end side portion, so that the reversing metal fitting 5 is always connected to one of the guide hanger rails 4vc.

Therefore, on the main rope 1 side of the guide hanger rails 3 and 4, the main rope 1 is lifted by the metal wheel 11, and the guide hanger rail 3 passes under the outside and the carrier is moved from the outer rail 3 of the main rope 1 to the main rope 1. It is supposed to be ridden.

In addition, a height difference is provided at the tips of the guide hanger rails 3 and 4 where the carrier rides from the double rope 2 to the guide hanger rail 4, or from the guide hanger rail 3 to the main rope 1, so that it can easily pass through the joint part. An appropriate push-up angle or push-down angle was set.

In order to transfer the carrier from the multiple ropes 2 to the main rope 1 using this invention, the carrier that has traveled on the multiple ropes 2 and is suspended so that the direction is curved R and is always on the outside must be , ride on the tip of the guide hanger rail 4 that is attached to the double rope 2 and slope upward, and run on the guide hanger rail 4 that separates from the double rope 2 and slopes slightly downward, and reach the end. Then, it passes through the connection point of the reversing metal fitting 5 and stops at the central recess of the reversing metal fitting 5.

Next, the reversing metal fitting 5 is rotated by pushing against the spring 9 with the carrier placed thereon, the reversing metal fitting 5 is rotated from one side of the V shape to the other side, and connected to the guide hanger rail 3 provided on the main rope 1 side.

Next, the carrier is moved backwards, transferred from the reversing fitting 5 to the guide hanger rail 3, and then transferred to the main rope 1, so that it is suspended so that it is always on the outside of the curve, just like when traveling on the double rope 2. The vehicle is driven by the vehicle.

Therefore, with this design, even if the entire carrier is too heavy to be handled manually, one worker can automatically move the carrier from the double rope 2 side to the main rope 1 side, and in the upper cargo area, from the main rope 1 side to the double rope 2 side. 1tft of
can be easily performed, and the structure of the reversing fitting 5 portion is simple, so there is no risk of the carrier falling off.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 5, a height difference is provided at the tip of each guide hanger rail 3, 4 where the carrier is connected from the double rope 2 to the guide hanger rail 4 or from the guide hanger rail 3 to the main rope 1, and a joint portion is formed. An appropriate push-up angle or push-down angle (push-up 14cIrL, push-down 12crfL) is provided to allow easy passage.
