シリンダ6に圧力油を供給し得る油圧ポンプPと、前記
作動油路8の途中と油溜Tとを連通ずる還流油路9の途
中に介装され、その還流油路9を遮断しあるいは流量調
整可能に導通させるための、任意に切換操作可能な切換
弁■とを備えるので、前記作動油路8から前記還流油路
9を経て油溜Tへ戻される作動油の流量を、前記開閉ス
イッチSの開閉状態とは関係なく前記切換操作レバー1
5の切換操作のみを以て任意lこ調節することができ、
そのため特に開閉スイッチSの閉成状態□ では、リフ
トシリンダ6への供給油量したがって荷受台5の上昇速
度を任意に増減調節することができ、また同開閉スイッ
チSの開放状態では、リフトシリンダ6からの排出油量
したがって荷受台5の下降速度を任意に増減調節するこ
とができ、以上の結果、荷受台5上の積荷重量の大小に
応じて最適の上昇ないしは下降速度を選択することがで
き、その上、荷受台5の特に上昇末期(或いは下降末期
)ではその上昇速度(或いは下降速度)を緩慢に制御し
