DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a board for furniture, particularly for high-end furniture, using a semi-cured thermal adhesive sheet.

Conventionally, to manufacture this type of furniture board, both sides of the special plywood were given moisture-proofing properties and smoothness was achieved by polishing both sides of a thin phenolic resin laminate and then heating it using an adhesive. They were bonded together using pressure, and then the exposed laminate surfaces were treated with a primer (without this treatment, the adhesion of the paint film applied later would be extremely poor and the paint film would peel off easily), and then paint was applied. .

However, this method requires many work steps and is complicated, and it is difficult to make furniture boards with curved surfaces.
The phenol laminate used must also be curved, which has the disadvantage of causing cracks and cracks in the laminate.

) A semi-cured thermal adhesive sheet formed by coating both sides of paper with a 60-mesh bath powder epoxy resin having a basis weight of 3509/m" or more with a penetration degree of 80 seconds or less, and the semi-cured resin of the sheet The present invention relates to a method for producing a furniture board, which comprises disposing an adhesive sheet having a melt viscosity of 5 or more on a plywood surface, and then heating and pressurizing the adhesive sheet.

The basis weight of the paper used in the present invention is 200 to 400g/7

If it is outside this range, the resin may not be sufficiently impregnated into the paper during manufacture of the furniture board, or the resulting furniture board may have defects in its moisture resistance.

The reason why the permeability of the paper is set to 80 seconds or less is because if it is 80 seconds or more, the permeability of the resin during heating and pressurizing becomes poor. In the present invention, the permeability is a value measured as follows.

The particle size of the powdered epoxy resin used in the present invention is 60
The reason why we limited it to mesh baths is that if powders other than 60 mesh bath products are used, powders with large particle sizes will not adhere well to the paper surface during powder coating, especially electrostatic coating, and will tend to fall off. This is because the surface of the subsequent resin layer is not uniform and becomes uneven, resulting in a disadvantage that the amount of resin deposited varies. The amount of powdered epoxy resin attached to paper is 3 grammes.
509/wl, which means the total amount of adhesion on both sides of the paper.

However, it is preferable that the amount of adhesion on both sides of the paper be approximately equal. In the present invention, the reason why the basis weight is limited to 3509/i or more as described above is that if the basis weight is less than this, the paper will not be sufficiently impregnated during heating and pressing, and a good furniture board will not be obtained.

The amount of powdered epoxy resin attached to paper is 350% as described above.

The reason why the flowability of the semi-cured resin of the semi-cured adhesive sheet is limited to 5 or more in the present invention is that if the flow property is other than this, the resin will not be sufficiently impregnated into the paper before curing.

After polishing the molded surface, a paint was applied to obtain a furniture board. Example 2 Craft paper-250 (thickness: 0.43 m, penetration rate: 70 seconds) manufactured by Ogawa Paper Co., Ltd. is coated with Nitto Denko Corporation's B-stage powdered epoxy resin (trade name: NC7OO4) on one side, 2009/2. The semi-cured heat-adhesive sheet was brought into contact with the upper and lower surfaces of a curved surface (500 are) made of special plywood, and was then held in a mold and cured at 130° C. for 10 minutes at 8 kg/CTll.
