DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a fake tree in which a coating layer is formed on the surface of a core material, and particularly to a method for manufacturing the fake tree suitable for use as a fence post.

周知の如く柵の支柱には複数本の横木が連結される。As is well known, a plurality of crossbars are connected to a fence post.

Therefore, when using the fake tree as a fence post, it is necessary to attach a connecting metal fitting for connecting the crossbars to the core material, and at the same time, it is necessary to cut out the surrounding coating layer by a diameter large enough to insert the crossbars.

However, such cutting out of the coating layer is generally carried out by a worker on site using a knife or the like, but this can result in accidentally cutting out a diameter larger than necessary or damaging the surrounding surface of the coating layer. This impairs the commercial value of the artificial wood, and the cut-out covering layer is discarded, resulting in a waste of material.

In view of this point, the present invention attempts to completely solve the above-mentioned drawbacks by making it possible to form the above-mentioned cutouts during the manufacturing process of the fake tree.

That is, the method for producing a fake tree according to the present invention includes attaching a drilling cap in advance to an appropriate position on the surface of the core material in a removable manner, and in that state forming a coating layer on the surface of the core material except for the portion where the cap is attached. The summary is what we have done.

以下に本発明方法の一実施例を図面に基づき説明する。An embodiment of the method of the present invention will be described below based on the drawings.

In this way, a fake tree for use as a fence post is obtained. Normally, prior to the demolding, a mold hole 11 is inserted into the upper end surface of the fake tree to form a mold hole 12 for the tree rings, as shown in the order of FIGS.
The annual ring compound 13 is filled into the mold cavity 12, and the annual ring mold 14 is pushed in from above to form the annual rings.

As explained above, the method for producing a fake tree according to the present invention involves attaching a drilling cap in advance to an appropriate position on the surface of the core material in a removable manner, and then applying a coating layer to the surface of the core material except for the part where the cap is attached. Since it is designed to form a , it has the following effects.
