本発明は蔗糖、ブドウ糖、顆糖のような糖類またはこれ
らを主成分とする混合物の粉末または結晶粒を成形して
一定の大きさの顆粒に連続的に造粒する易溶性顆粒糖の

な白色で不定形であることによってデコレーションケー
キ等への振すかけ用として極めて好適な新規な顆粒糖の
