この考案は、高温個所に設置された装置、特に高温かつ
衛生上から油軸受の使用が不適当な合成樹脂製袋内に所
要の材料を封入する充填包装装置に用いて好適のオイル
レスメタルに関するものであって、図面に示すように砲
金等よりなる円筒状主体1の内周面2に、その一方の口
縁から軸線に沿って平行する断面欠円状の凹溝3・・・
・・・を、各欠円部を開口面4として、それぞれ先端を
他方口縁より内方に若干入り込ませて多数穿設するとと
もに、凹溝3・・・・・・の各先端を横切って凹溝3よ
り若干深い摩耗粉収容溝5を環状に凹威し、二硫化モノ
ブチ゛ン粉末を固形化した断面欠円状の棒状6・・・・
・・を一方の口縁から先端を摩耗粉収容溝5内に突出さ
せてこれら凹溝3・・・・・・に密に嵌挿し、次いで前
記凹溝3・・・・・・の両端部間における所要位置にお
いて前記凹溝3・・・・・・と棒体6・・・・・・を横
切って円筒状主体1の内周面2に浅い洗浄溝7を環状に
凹或し、また前記円筒状主体1に一端が上記洗浄溝7内
に、他端が前記円筒状主体1の外周面に通ずる流体注入

さらに、この考案においては円筒状主体1の内周面2に
浅い洗浄溝7ならびに深い摩耗粉収容溝5を設け、また
一端が前記洗浄溝7内に、他端が前記円筒状主体1の外
周面に通ずる流体注入孔8を設けであるから、これによ
り前記洗浄溝7内に適宜潤滑剤、圧力エアー等洗浄用流
体を使用中、随時注入して摩耗粉ならびに外部から混入
