Conventionally, when manufacturing continuous envelopes that can print addresses, etc. on the surface of envelopes continuously using a printing machine of an electronic computing device or a typewriter, etc., and that can insert inserts, the unit constituting the continuous envelope paper A continuous envelope state in which a dry adhesive is applied along the three peripheries of either the upper envelope sheet or the lower unit envelope sheet, and then they are stacked and the three sides are glued, with an opening part on the end side along the continuous direction. At the same time, a continuous double-sided adhesive tape coated with a non-drying double-sided adhesive was attached to a release paper along one side of the opening side along the continuous direction to create a continuous envelope. The double-sided adhesive tape for sealing used at this time is usually used in a rolled state, so it is necessary to apply a release treatment such as silicone treatment to both sides of the release paper, which is difficult and extremely expensive. As described above, in the continuous envelope manufacturing method of the present invention, a dry adhesive type adhesive is applied around the blank area of the unit envelope piece area, and a non-dry adhesive type adhesive is applied to the sealing part. The adhesive around the three envelopes can be glued immediately after overlapping the envelope pieces, making it easy to manufacture accurate envelopes without shifting the adhesive parts, and the adhesive in the sealing part remains constant until sealing. Since it has adhesive properties, it can be easily sealed.

Also, instead of using double-sided adhesive tape on the sealing part, a non-drying adhesive is applied directly to the sealing part of the continuous envelope paper.
Since a release paper is applied to the top of the tape, the adhesive application pattern on the sealed part is not just a continuous straight line along the continuous direction as with conventional double-sided adhesive tapes, but can be applied to the necessary parts of the sealed part according to the purpose after sealing. It can be provided intermittently, with a wide width, or in spots, or it can be provided intermittently on the perforation line, and the width of the release paper can be freely selected. It is also possible to obtain open envelopes that are easy to peel and that remain partially unsealed when sealed, envelopes that are strongly sealed, envelopes that are partially adhesive, etc. Also, continuous folding from the tear-off perforation can be performed smoothly. It is very convenient and can be done at a low price.

In addition, it is possible to use a release paper that has a release agent on only one side, and since it uses a release paper that is not coated with adhesive, the roll diameter of the release paper can also be increased and continuous operation is possible. This is a very useful method for manufacturing continuous envelopes because it can be easily manufactured.
