However, as a result of repeating various experiments on the bonding method by the present inventor, if the heat sealing temperature is set to a relatively low temperature range and the pressure is softly applied at a relatively low pressure during the heat sealing, the heat sealing bonding is performed. The agent oozes out onto the surface through the printing / printing layer and resin coating layer (release layer) and adheres well, and the adhesive strength between the printing / printing layer is moderate and the adhesive strength between the paper surface and the printing / printing layer The adhesive layer attracts the printing / printing layer to the paper surface, and in this case, the printing / printing layer is protected by the release layer, and it has been confirmed that the appearance of the printing / printing surface can be secured. (Means for Solving the Problems) Therefore, a mail having a peelable adhesive paper surface according to the present invention includes a printing paper, an adhesive layer printed and applied over the entire surface thereof, and a print on the adhesive layer. Except for the printing area surface and the resin coating layer applied to the printing area surface except for the four-sided peripheral part, when a pair of opposed printing papers are bonded by heating and pressing, the exposed part is exposed to the four-sided peripheral part of the paper. While the opposing adhesive layers strongly adhere to each other in a peelable manner, the lower adhesive leaches to the upper surface via the resin coating layer on the printing area surface, and the other resin coating surface is the printing area surface and the printing paper. It is weaker than the adhesive strength with the surface, and it is weakly adhered so that it can be peeled without removing the printing area surface. ''
The gist is that.

Further, the method for producing a mail having a peelable adhesive paper surface according to the present invention comprises the steps of: “printing and applying a heat-sealing adhesive on the first paper surface and the second paper surface, and printing the adhesive layer on the printed or printed paper surface. Forming a printed layer on the heat-sealing adhesive on the first paper surface or the second paper surface so that the adhesive leaches onto the upper surface of the printed layer surface, and forming the printed layer; A step of printing and applying a resin coating agent on the first paper surface and the second paper surface such that the lower adhesive is leached to the upper surface via the printing layer and the resin coating layer to form a release layer; The second paper surfaces are overlapped with each other, and are heated in a predetermined temperature range to strongly adhere the opposing adhesive layers exposed on the four sides of the paper so that the opposing adhesive layers can be peeled off from each other. Leach on the upper surface through the layer and the other side resin coating surface is the printing area And a step of weakly adhering the surface of the printing area without peeling off the printing area surface, which is weaker than the adhesive strength between the surface and the printing paper surface. (Function) In the present invention, a heat seal adhesive is printed and applied to a paper surface, and printing or printing is performed on the heat seal adhesive on the paper surface, and a resin coating agent is printed and applied while leaving the periphery thereon. Since the paper surfaces are overlapped with each other and heated to a relatively high temperature and softly pressed at a relatively low pressure, the heat seal adhesive on the peripheral edge of the paper surface peels off from each other when bonding. Adhesion is as strong as possible, and the heat seal adhesive oozes out to the surface through the printing / printing layer and release layer, and the printing / printing paper surface is adhered to each other, and a moderate adhesion lower than the paper surface and the printing / printing layer When peeling the paper surface, the heat seal adhesive pulls and fixes the printing / printing layer so that it does not separate to the paper side, and the peeling layer prevents the printing / printing ink layer from peeling off. Printing The appearance of the surface is ensured.

1. A printing paper, an adhesive layer printed and applied on the entire surface thereof, a printing area surface printed on the adhesive layer, and a printing area surface excluding a four-sided peripheral portion. When a pair of opposing printing papers are bonded by heating and pressing, the opposing adhesive layers exposed on the four sides of the paper are strongly adhered to each other in a peelable manner, while the lower layer is formed on the printing area surface. The adhesive is leached to the upper surface via the resin coating layer, and the other resin coating surface is weaker than the adhesive strength between the printing area surface and the printing paper surface, and weakly adheres so that the printing area surface can not be peeled off.
