Abstract

PURPOSE:To recover the heat energy of condensate and to utilize efficiently the same, by providing a waste liquid preheater which condenses regenerating steam in a combination of a treatment device for heating steam and condensate consisting of a flash tank, a condenser and a condensate collection tank. CONSTITUTION:The vent steam pipe 11 from a flash tank 10 is connected to a waste liquid preheater 17, and the reevaporated steam preheats the waste liquid. The preheated waste liquid is supplied through a waste liquid supply pipe 6 to a waste liquid thickener. The reevaporated steam used to preheat the waste liquid is recovered through a condensate return pipe 18 to a condensate collection tank 14. The need for a condenser is eliminated by this method, and the effective utilization of heat energy is made possible. ポンプ15によって蒸気発生装置へ戻される。凝縮器1
2を冷却した冷却水は、再蒸発蒸気の凝縮熱を吸収して
冷却水戻り管16から補機冷却水装置aへ戻される。
