Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a molded article of high quality at high productivity, by a method wherein a dry blend material of a polyimide base resin and an inorganic filler is partially melted by a plunger-type extruder, is then supplied into a screw-type extruder, and is injection molded. CONSTITUTION:A dry blend material is produced by blending not less than 50wt.pts. of an inorganic filler (e.g., glass fibers) and a lubricant (e.g., calcium stearate) with 100wt.pts. of a polyimide base resin (e.g., polyaminobismaleimide). Then, the bland material is supplied to a plunger-type extruder, a cylinder part is heated to 100-150 deg.C for 5-10min, the material is partially melted by pressurizing by the plunger, is extruded in a string form through a die, the string form extrudate is continuously supplied to the screw-type injection molding machine, and is injection molded.

However, when a large amount of inorganic filler, such as glass fiber, is blended with these resins, the difficulty of cross-contact leads to a large amount of inorganic filler being added due to reasons such as a high monthly production rate and poor manufacturing yield. Manufacturing of molded products containing this mixture was difficult. Particularly in index molding, which has high productivity, manufacturing was based on rotation.

[Summary of the Invention 1] The injection molding method for a polyimide resin compound of the present invention involves supplying a triblend material containing a polyimide resin and an inorganic filler as main components to a plunger type extruder, heating it once, and then semi-heating it. The 1 degree polyester used in the present invention is characterized in that it is extruded in a molten state and then continuously fed as it is to a screw type indexing machine for IJJ extrusion molding.・Imide resins include polyamino diminide resins, and examples of inorganic fillers include glass fibers, carbon fibers, graphite 1~, tetraiooxide ribs, and the like. The composition of this inorganic filler ffi is based on 100 parts by weight of CL polyimide resin.
! Number of parts by weight: 1. is preferred.
