Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

In a panel instrument with a communication function, two communication terminals, one of which is connected to the communication interface via a switch, are provided on the terminal board side at the rear of the instrument and the other on the socket side on the front or side of the instrument. A panel instrument, characterized in that means is provided for switching the switch selecting the communication terminal on the board side to the communication terminal on the socket side when a plug of a data loader/monitor is connected to the socket.
