必要となるという問題があった。= In general, fiberboards such as asbestos boards and rock wool boards are produced by making a fiber slurry S on the outer periphery of a papermaking drum 2 rotating in a papermaking tank 1, and unwinding it sequentially from the papermaking drum 2, as shown in Fig. 1. The obtained wet mat 3 is pressed and dried in the next step to be made into a product, and therefore the papermaking drum 2
The outer surface of the wet mat 3 that is not in contact with the outer periphery is rougher than the surface that is in contact with the papermaking drum 2, and when it is manufactured into a product, the outer surface must be trimmed by cutting the rough surface. In order to create an uneven pattern on the surface of the fiberboard to be produced, the wet mat 3 unwound from the papermaking drum 2 must be passed through an embossing roll or the like, which is a problem in that a complicated process is required.
本発明は上記の点に鑑みて為されたものであり、以下図
に示す実施例に基いて詳述する。The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and will be described in detail below based on embodiments shown in the drawings.

The fiber slurry S is made, and the second wet mat 3b unwound from the second paper making drum 2b is superimposed on the outer surface of the first wet mat 3a unwound from the first paper making drum 2a to form the first wet mat 3a and the second wet mat 3b. are laminated together.

The first papermaking drum 2a and the second papermaking drum 2b are immersed in water, rotated, and vacuumed at 200 to 300 mmHg to form the fiber slurry S onto a wire mesh surface.
The diameter ratio of the drums is about 34:1, and the first papermaking drum 2a and the second papermaking drum 2a and the second
A first wet mat 3a and a second wet mat 3b formed on the peripheral surface of the paper making drum 2b are used as fiber slugs IJ.
- At the same time as they come out of the inside of S, they are superimposed on each other's outer surfaces and are integrated.
