Conventionally, casting methods, dry methods, paper-forming methods, and the like are well known as methods for forming fiber-reinforced cement roofing materials using asbestos, glass fiber, or the like.

Among the above methods, the casting method involves casting a cement slurry mixed with reinforcing fibers that has been mixed in a predetermined manner.
The strength of the finished product is sufficient because it can supply enough water necessary for water use reactions such as cement, but there is a problem that a separate process is required to recover the mold during the manufacturing process. With the dry method, the roofing material can be formed on a continuous belt conveyor, so it does not have the above-mentioned problems, but on the other hand, there is a problem in supplying the moisture necessary for the product to harden, making it difficult to ensure that the product has uniform strength. There was a problem that the management was troublesome.

Considering the above-mentioned problems, it can be said that the most suitable method is the papermaking method, which allows for sufficient moisture supply and continuous molding. Since the paper is cut out in multiple layers and then cut open and developed into a flat plate, there is a problem that there is a risk of peeling between the stacked layers during development.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Therefore, the present invention aims to manufacture a roofing material that fully eliminates the problems unique to the papermaking method while making use of the advantages of the papermaking method. This method was developed for the purpose of obtaining a method in which a fiber-reinforced cement base plate obtained by papermaking is pressed, a predetermined uneven pattern is given to the surface, the base plate is naturally cured, and then the surface is painted. After the paint has dried, the original plate is punched out into a predetermined roofing material shape so that the cut surface is cut into a slope shape by shearing at least on the lower side, and then a surface finish is applied. be.

The method for manufacturing a fiber-reinforced cement roofing material of the present invention is to pass a cement slurry 1 made of a mixture of asbestos, glass fiber, or a mixture thereof, cement, aggregate, and water to a making roll through a blanket belt 2. 3, and after reaching the required thickness, the fiber-reinforced cement base plate 4VC obtained by cutting and expanding it is pressed 5, and a predetermined uneven pattern 6 such as a wood grain pattern is formed on the surface. ) was applied at the same time, and each layer of the original plate 4 was crimped, and then cured by natural curing. After that, a base coat was applied to the surface of the cured original plate 4A, and after the paint had hardened, the original plate 4A was coated with a second layer. As shown in the figure, at least the lower side 8A is punched into a predetermined shape of the roofing material 8 so that the cut surface 8B (FIG. 3) is cut into a slope shape that looks like it was broken by shearing, and finally, the punching is performed. It is constructed by applying a surface finish coating 9 to a roofing material 8.

In the above embodiment, the lower side portion of the roofing material 8 is formed by using a cutting device 10 with a gap t formed between the lower blade 10A and the upper blade 10B, as shown in FIG. By lowering the upper blade 10B, the cutting surface 8B is cut so as to have an inclined surface and is broken only by shearing.

Therefore, the lower side 8 of the roof material 8 formed by this method
As shown in Fig. 2, A has an irregular shape with an uneven surface, and because of this uneven surface, when finishing coating 9 is applied, the bottom edge of A is uneven even though the same paint is used. The contrast between the parts becomes stronger, giving the appearance as if only the bottom part was painted with a different paint.

Since this invention is constructed as described above, the problem of delamination caused by the papermaking method is solved by employing a pressing process that also serves to create an uneven pattern on the surface of the original plate, and at the same time, it is Because the lower part is cut into a slope with an uneven surface due to fracture, it has a thicker feel than conventional roofing materials, and even though the same paint is used, only this part stands out. It has the effect of making it possible to produce a roofing material with a simple process that allows for painting and has excellent decorative properties.
