Unit tiles are the most popular.

Because it is an organic type, its durability and stain resistance are greatly inferior, and the permanent beauty, durability, and fire resistance that ceramic tiles originally have are lost at the joints, so they are not put into practical use. This has not yet been achieved.

Specifically, the present invention consists of a base material 1 and a ceramic bonded to the surface of the base material 1 with a joint spacing 2. In a unit tile consisting of tiles 3, the joint spacing 2 is formed between each ceramic tile and on the periphery of the base material, and a joint 4 is previously formed in this joint spacing 2, and this joint 4 is formed between the base material 1. It is composed of inorganic granules 4a spread and attached to the surface, and a part of the inorganic granules 4a spread and attached to the joint interval 2 on the peripheral edge of the base material protrudes outward from the joint edge of the base material. The present invention relates to a unit tile with joints.

Since it does not fade or fade, this excellent decorative effect can be maintained semi-permanently and is highly durable.

Since it bites out, the granules 4d camouflage the joints when unit tiles are joined, and a joint with a good appearance similar to that produced on-site by the wet method 1 can be obtained without troublesome post-processing such as concealing the joints.

Uniform, high-quality joints can be formed stably and reliably.

There is no risk of impairing bendability at all, and the ease of construction, which is an advantage of using the flexible base material 1, can be maintained.
