Short fibers are densely flocked by a method such as electrostatic spraying on the surface of a temporary adhesive layer formed on a mount such as cloth, non-woven fabric, paper, or film, and thermoplastic composites are applied to the surface of the flock to form arbitrary patterns and shapes. In recent years, wax pen materials have been produced in which a resin is coated and a heat-melt adhesive layer is formed by sprinkling hot-melt synthetic resin powder on the surface of the thermoplastic synthetic resin layer. The method for using this patch material is to place the hot-melt adhesive layer forming side of the patch material on a fabric surface such as a shirt, and press it with a heating tool such as an iron from the back side of the mount of the patch material. Then, the thermoplastic adhesive melts and penetrates into the cloth surface of the shirt, etc., and at the same time, the heads of the flocked flocks of the wax pen material are also immersed in the molten synthetic resin. Then, when the heating and pressing is stopped and the synthetic resin is cooled and condensed, the flocked flocks of the wax pen material will have their heads fixed to the thermoplastic adhesive that has penetrated and solidified on the surface of the fabric, such as a shirt. When peeled off from the cloth surface, the flocked flocks with thermoplastic adhesive applied to their heads separate from the temporary adhesive layer of the Watsupen material and are transferred to the fabric surface of the shirt, etc. The part of the flocked group that has not been coated is separated from the fabric surface of the shirt or the like together with the base of the wax pen material, and as a result, a flocked pattern is formed on the fabric surface of the shirt or the like. By the way, in the manufacturing process of the above wax pen material, a thermoplastic synthetic resin layer is sprinkled onto the flocked head of the wax pen material to form a thermoplastic synthetic resin layer, but this is because the thermoplastic synthetic resin is melted by heating and pressing. This is to take advantage of the fact that granular powder has the effect of increasing the penetration effect when penetrating into cloth surfaces such as shirts. Then, the work of sprinkling the powder on the surface of the thermoplastic synthetic resin layer formed on the flocked head of the Watupen material during the manufacturing process is carried out while the synthetic resin is applied to the flocked head of the Watupen material and still maintains its viscosity. However, some of the powder deviates from the synthetic resin surface and gets applied to the flocked groups of the wax pen material mount, and it is very inefficient to perform the powder sprinkling work while avoiding this.

Therefore, in the past, after forming a thermoplastic synthetic resin layer of an arbitrary shape on the head of the flocked group of Watupen material, the work of sprinkling the powder was uniformly sprinkled on the flocked group of Watupen material, and the heat applied to the flocked group of Watupen material was applied. After the powder adhered to the surface of the plastic synthetic resin layer, the flocking paper was struck to remove the powder from the flocking. However, the particles of this powder are very small, and if it gets between the flocks of the Watupen wood mount flock, it is very difficult to remove it.

By the way, when performing the above-mentioned hair transplantation work using Watupen material with powder between the flocked flocks, the synthetic resin side of Watupen material is placed on the fabric surface such as a shirt, and heated and pressed from the back of the mount. Then, the thermoplastic adhesive melts and penetrates into the surface of the fabric such as a shirt, but the powder that has entered between the flocks also melts and penetrates into the surface of the fabric such as the shirt.

In this case, if you wait for the adhesive to cool and congeal and then peel off the wax pen material, in addition to the group of flocks to which the adhesive has been applied, there are also flocks whose heads were immersed in the molten powder as the powder cools and condenses. It will settle and be planted on cloth surfaces such as shirts.

The grafted flocks are different from those intended for grafting in this shape by applying thermoplastic synthetic resin to arbitrary patterns and shapes during the manufacturing process of Watupen material. Groups of flocked hair have also been planted, resulting in an unsightly appearance. The present invention eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional patch material, prevents powder from entering the flocked areas other than the flocked areas where it is necessary to form a thermoplastic synthetic resin layer, and improves the manufacturing efficiency of the patch material. Moreover, the present invention provides a patch pen material in which flocks other than the part of the intended pattern shape are not transferred after turning.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of the present invention. A temporary adhesive layer 2 is formed on a mount 1, and short fibers are densely flocked on the 2nd surface of this temporary adhesive layer by a method such as electrostatic spraying. Form a flocked mount on which 3 is planted. Next, in the present invention, a synthetic resin having a melting point higher than the melting point temperature of the thermoplastic synthetic resin 4 applied to the head of the hair transplant group 3a to be transplanted is applied to the implanted part of the hair transplant group 3b other than the one to be transplanted. The coating is made of synthetic resin 6 that does not melt under heat. This work of creating a coating with synthetic resin etc. 6 on the hair transplant group 3b that is not to be transplanted is performed before applying thermoplastic synthetic resin 4 to the head of the hair transplant group 3a to be transplanted and sprinkling powder 5 on it. This can also be done afterwards, by forming a coating on the head of the flocked flocks to prevent powder from entering between the flocks other than the intended shape pattern, or to prevent it from melting on the fabric surface. It is something. When the above-mentioned hair transplanting operation is carried out using the wax pen material according to the present invention manufactured in this way, the thermoplastic synthetic resin 4 is melted by heating and pressing, as shown in FIG. However, synthetic resins with a higher melting point temperature than this or synthetic resins 6 that do not melt under heat do not melt at the heating temperature and remain as they are.

Therefore, the hair transplant group 3b, which is not transplanted, has a coating formed with the synthetic resin 6 and remains firmly attached to the watzpen material mount, whereas only the transplant hair group 3a, in which the thermoplastic synthetic resin 4 is applied to the head, is reliable. It will be transplanted onto cloth surfaces such as sheets. As described above, according to the present invention, thermoplastic synthetic resin is applied to the head of the flocked flocks planted on the surface of the temporary adhesive layer formed on the mount, and powder is sprinkled on top of the flocked flocks, and the flocks other than those to which the thermoplastic synthetic resin is applied are classified. By forming a film with a synthetic resin or the like that has a higher melting point than thermoplastic synthetic resin, we provide a wax pen material that can be used to reliably transplant only the flocked hair group whose head is coated with thermoplastic synthetic resin. It is possible. Examples of heat-resistant or non-fusible synthetic resins used in the present invention include: 1. Phenol resin adhesive, urea resin adhesive, melamine resin adhesive, epoxy resin adhesive, silicone resin adhesive (thermosetting) 2. There are vinyl acetate adhesives, polyvinyl alcohol adhesives, acrylic resin adhesives, polyamide adhesives (thermoplastic), etc., and alternatives to non-fusible synthetic resins include starch, dextrin, casein ( (Natural polymer type), but it is not limited to this. Also, it is possible to mix appropriate amounts of curing agents, crosslinking agents, and catalysts into these adhesives to improve their effectiveness. It's not something you do.
