開閉する方向に回動するようロッド、リンク等からなる
開閉駆動機構を連結して、上記中空軸の移動に連動して
開閉可能に構成し、さらに上記吸盤の吸引口からバキュ
ーム装置に至る空気通路の途中に弁部材と、これを動作
させるカムとからなる吸引制御装置を設けたことを特徴
とする吸着装置付フィンガーハンド。 。
