ルクドライバーの断面図で初期状態を示す。第２図はク
ラッチの動作を示す説明図、第３図はトグルの配置とク
ラッチピン関係を示す説明図、第４図はクラッチ部の接
合面から前方を見た断面図で、＋グルの配置とクラッチ
ピンの関係を示す。第５図はピンクラッチ部を締付軸の
近傍の外周に配置した別の実施例である。第６図は同実
施例のクラッチの動作を示す説明図、第７図はクラッチ
を後方から見た断面図でクラッチの複数の穴の配置を示
す。第８図はクラッチ部の接合面から前方を見た断面図
でトグルの配置とクラッチピン関係を示す。

Claims (1)
し回動不能かつ摺動可能に係合するトグルシート４の間
に複数のトグル７を係合せしめ、把手部材に前記トグル
を弾圧する圧縮ばね９を調節可能に内装し、締付軸に加
えられるトルクが所定値に達したときトグルの作動に併
い把手部材とトグルシートとの係合が外−れ、所定値を
下回ると係合するクラッチを設けた設定トルク解放ドラ
イバーに於いて、 トグルシート４に複数のピン４−１を固装させ、把手部
材に固定されたスリーブ５にピン４−１が嵌合する複数
の穴５−１を設け、トグルが立上ったときピンが穴から
抜は出す程度の長さとしたことを特徴とするトルクドラ
