本考案は框の連結用螺子とか框に螺子水筒を必要としな

螺子を必要とするし、又、横框には螺子水筒を必要とし
、特にこの螺子水筒は、框の押出成型時框の要部と共に
連続して形成される為、無駄な部分が多くて不経済で材
料費がかかり、又、この横框の螺子水筒に合わせて縦框
に連結用螺子の挿入孔を穿設したりするので、連結用螺
子の螺合に極めて手数がかかつて、組立作業の能率は低
くく、然もその組立を機械的に行うことは出来ないもの

へ固着し、連結部材の挿嵌部へ他方の框を嵌挿させると
共に、上記貫通孔に横杆を挿入し、その先端部側を上記
溝部と他方の框に於ける内壁との間へ圧嵌させたことを
特徴とするものであるから、連結部材を介して横・縦両
框を結合させる場合、連結部材により横、縦両框を突き
合わせた後、連結部材の貫通孔へ横杆を挿入すれば、横
杆の先端部側が挿嵌部の溝部と框の内壁との間に圧嵌し
て、その楔作用により框を固定するので、特殊な°連結
用螺子とか、又、横框等には螺子承部などを必要としな
い為、螺子承部の省略化に伴う材料費の節減を計ること
が出来るし、又、簡単な横杆の挿入によって框の連結が
可能となるから、框組み作業の能率昂揚も計ると共に、
その框組みを機械的に行うことも可能であるので、施工
上便利な框の連結装置として極めて大きな実用的効果を
