Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

(1) The rear ends of the container part and the lid body are connected with a hinge so that they can be opened and closed, and protrusions are provided on both the container part and the lid body, and these are engaged when the lid body is closed. In a compact container that maintains a closed position, a vertical recess is formed in the side edge of either the container part or the lid, and the vertical recess is elongated in the front-rear direction, and one end is a fulcrum and the other end is a fulcrum in the recess. An elastic member having a free end is fitted so as to be pivotable inward about the fulcrum, and in the closed position, the other side of the container portion or the lid body is attached to the upper end of the elastic member.
