螢光表示管の表示面の発光点の制御をガリツド、アノー
ドに加えてカソードでも行なえ平面螢光表示管を駆動す
るための電圧端子の本数がグリッド、アノードの電極を
独立に駆動するに必要な電圧端子の本数より少なくする
