Claims

A light source is arranged in a lamp chamber defined by a housing and a front lens, and the front lens has a sawtooth prism part formed in the central part facing the light source and the outer periphery thereof, and the front lens has a serrated prism part formed on both sides of the light source corresponding to the outer periphery. The optical means includes a side lens disposed on the side of the light source substantially parallel to the optical axis, and the optical means directs a large amount of light from the side lens toward the outer periphery of the front lens. A prism portion is formed on the inner surface of the side lens to control the side light from the light source into a beam substantially parallel to a horizontal axis perpendicular to the optical axis. A vehicular lamp characterized in that a prism part is formed on the outer surface thereof so that light from the prism part on the inner surface is made to enter the total reflection lens or the entire reflection surface.
