A lamp in which a light source is placed in a lamp chamber defined by a housing and a front lens, the front lens having a central portion facing the light source and a peripheral side portion at one end thereof, the front lens having a central portion facing the light source and a peripheral side portion corresponding to the peripheral side portion. A side lens is disposed on the side of the light source and is inclined outwardly with respect to the optical axis, and the side lens is configured to convert the light emitted from the light source into substantially parallel rays in a direction perpendicular to the side lens. An inner prism part and an outer prism part are formed to control the housing, and the housing includes a total reflection lens or a reflection lens that reflects the light that has passed through the side lenses toward the circumferential side part approximately parallel to the side lenses.
