性を示す図、第４図は第２図の光チョツパーを用いた場
合のスペクトル、第５図は本考案に係る光チョツパーの
形状を示す図、第６図は第５図の光チョツパーを用いた
場合の光強度変化の時間依存性を示す図、第７図は第５
図の光チョツパーを用い場合のスペクトルを示す図であ
る。 図において、１はロツクイン増幅器、２はレーザ、３は
光チョツパー、４はレンズ、５は受光素子をそれぞれ示
す。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 光源からの連続光を断続するための光チョツパーにおけ
    る透光部を透過する光強度が正弦関数的に変化するよう
    に、当該光チョツパーの透光部または遮光部の幅を設定
    したことを特徴とする光チョツパー。
