PURPOSE:To provide a titled installation which preforms efficiently and surely to preform a bloom by constituting so that the bloom under movement is stopped in a prescribed position by means of a stopper operating cooperatively with a position detector and is pressed after the central position is assured by side guides. CONSTITUTION:A bloom (a) which is discharged from a holding furnace, and is conveyed with table rolls 6 with the narrow width sides in the cross section thereof positioned at top and bottom is stopped in a prescribed position by means of a stopper 13 operating cooperatively with a position detector 12, and the center of the bloom (a) is positioned by means of side guides 10 which are actuated by cylinders 11. 位置においてストッパー(22)にて停止させ、ブルー
ム(a)の前端部の予成形を行なうのである。このよう

ロ除去装置でブルーム(a)先端後の下面に付着してい

に反転機とノロ除去装置を配設してなることを特徴とす
るブルーム予成形設備。
