    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 超音波を発する素子と、物体によって反射され−た超音
    波を受信する素子と、超音波受信レベルを電圧レベルに
    変換する回路と、超音波の受信中に所定の基準電圧を発
    生する回路と、上記両型圧を比較する回路から成る装置
    であり、該装置が正常か否かを判定するセルフチェック
    機能を備えた超音波センサの保安装置において、上記セ
    ルフチェック期間中のみ、上記基準電圧を下げるように
    構成したことを特徴とする超音波物体検出装置のセルフ
    チェック装置。
