本考案は温水熱交換器に関するもので、その目的とする
ところは、伝熱管の交換が簡単で、かつケーシングの掃

従来、焼却炉等の熱排ガス等を利用する熱交換器は例え

た伝熱管２ａ、２ｂ、２Ｃ・・・・・・に分岐せしめて
再びこれをヘッダ３に集水するごとくされており、伝熱
管２ａ、２ｂ、２Ｃ・・・・・・はケーシング４内で熱
排ガス流に直交せしめてあり、伝熱管２ａ、２ｂ、２Ｃ
・・・・・・のケーシング４貫通部は溶接等により固設
されているものであって、これがため伝熱管を交換する
場合には溶接作業が必要であって簡単には交換し難く、

ケーシングの掃除や伝熱管の取換えが容易であると共に
、伝熱管が損傷した場合にはその伝熱管単位体のみを交
