CONSTITUTION:Terminals 27a, 27b of reinforces 12a, 12b of a toneauboard 4 are exposed, and a speaker 30 is wired to a middle exposure portions 32a, 32b. Terminals 21a, 21b are provided on the tonneauboard mount 8 of a luggage room 5 of a car body and connected to a harness 20.
