れた芯線5の部分を中心として両側に折り曲げられて両
側部が重ね合わされた線材4が、断面U字形の挟着金具
6で外側部から挟着支持されて環状に折曲され円盤状の
基板7の上に複数個環状に並設されていて、基板7には
研摩装置10の自転しながら公転するブラシ取付軸16
に連結されるフランジ9が固定されていることを特徴と
