実施例に示す如く、上面を同一平面となるように構成し
透孔を長穴にすることにより、一層防滑片1と合成樹脂
底部7との一体化が確実になり成形も容易となるもので
あり、防滑片を設けたことによる合成樹脂製底部の欠点
