本発明は表紙、ケースの背版等の新規な製造方法に関す
るものであって、芯板の表裏両面に熱可塑性軟質合成樹
脂シートを重合し、次いで表面の合成樹脂シートの上面
に飾縁構成用の同様熱可塑性軟質合成樹脂シート若しく
は枠形状の帯条を重合し、この飾縁構成用の合成樹脂シ
ート若しくは帯条の内方寄りの個所の全周辺に高周波電
極による同時熔着熔断工程を施して同個所を表面の合成
樹脂シートに熔着すると共にこの溶着部の内方部分を切
離し、更に表裏両面の合成樹脂シートと飾縁構成用の合
成樹脂シート若しくは帯条の外方縁とを芯板の外辺に於
て相互に高周波熔着し、芯板の外周縁を表面の合成樹脂
シートと飾縁構成用の合成樹脂シート若しくは帯条の外
