等薄膜な被着せるボール紙芯を挟入して製した板状部を
含んで成る半製品に於て、板状部の内側(二熱可塑性合
成樹脂シートから成る溶着代を備えたパーツを配して当
該溶着代を内面シートに於ける上記の薄膜C二対窓する
個所の外面(二重合すると共に溶着代の外側(二上部電
極を、外面シートの外側(−下部電極を夫々当てて加圧
し乍から当該上下両部電極間に高周波電圧を印加し、の
って内面シートの外面と溶着代の内向とを相互に熔着す
