を何れも半径方向摺動可能に嵌装し、このマスタジヨウ
には前記トップジヨウとマスタジヨウを連結、切離しす
る噛合部材を軸方向摺動可能に嵌装して成る機力式チャ
ックにおいて、前記駆動スリーブに（半径に対するジョ
ウスト口−り）ｌ（駆動スリーブのストローク）の斜面
を設け、前記マスタジヨウにはその先端がトップジヨウ
の背面部と保合可能な係止ピンを軸方向移動可能に備え
ると共に略半径方向に摺動可能でばね力で外方へ付勢さ
れた制御ピンを備え、この制御ピン外端を前記係止ピン
の外周面に、制御ピンの外方向への移動によって係止ピ
ンを噛合位置へ移動させ、かつ係止ピンの離脱位置への
移動によって制御ピンを内方向へ移動させるように係合
させ、前記斜面には駆動スリーブのトップジヨウ交換位
置においてこの制御ピン内端を嵌入可能な嵌入孔を形成
し、更に前記制御ピン内端を、前記係止ピン先端とトッ
プジヨウの背面係合部とが係合した時に前記斜面と略摺
接可能に形成して成ることを特徴とする機力式チャック
