本考案は従来のものにみられた上記欠点を除去するため
になされたもので、従来のものに比し著しく安価でしか
も特殊の治具を特に用いずともプリント配線板への取付
が簡易かつ適確になし得ると共に、スルホール内壁面に
高価なメッキを施こすことなしに該プリント配線板の上
下面を確実に接続し得るスルホールピンの提供を目的と
し、その要旨とするところは上下面に配線を有するプリ
ント配線板に穿設されたスルホールにピン本体を挿通し
該スルホールの上下面のランド部と個別にハンダ付けを
することにより該プリント配線板の上下面を電気的に接
続するプリント配線板のスルホールピンであって、ピン
本体の一端に該ピン本体より大径の係止板を設けると共
に該係止板側をプリント配線板にハンダ付けする際によ
り多量のハンダが付着し得る如く上記係止板の上面中央
に該係止板より小径の突起を設け、さらにピン本体の外
径より若干大径の膨出部を該ピン本体の他端部寄りの上
記スルホールよりその一部が突出し得る如き位置に設け
たことを特徴とするプリント配線板のスルホールピンに
ある。

とのハンダ付は作業に際し高熱が係止板側に伝導しても
