    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 天端にアンカーボルトを植設した布基礎と、下枠下端面
    に突設した脚金具を前記布基礎天端に載置してアンカー
    ボルトへ固定した耐力壁パネルと、本体裏面にＵ字形弾
    性把持片を突設したものでそのＵ字形弾性把持片を屋外
    側から前記脚金具へ係着して本体を布基礎天端と耐力壁
    パネル下枠下端面間に嵌合配置したモルタル下地材と、
    このモルタル下地材本体の屋外面に沿って前記耐力壁パ
    ネル下枠下端面から布基礎屋外面にかけて積層したモル
    タル層とを備えた建物外周部の下部構造。
