[Detailed Description of the Invention] Conventionally, commercially available watercolor enogu was prepared by kneading a water-soluble glue such as gum arabic or dextrin, an aqueous solution of a hygroscopic agent such as glycerin, a pigment, and an extender, and filling the mixture into a tube.

Watercolor enogu packed in metal tubes made of tin or lead are convenient because they can be used immediately after squeezing them out, but the tubes are expensive and the tubes get damaged during transportation, resulting in poor appearance, so the exterior must be made sturdy. , which made it even more expensive. Therefore, for popular use, solid enogu or cake color is made by kneading pigments and extender pigments with aqueous solutions of water-soluble thickeners such as gum arabic and dextrin, forming them into cylindrical or prismatic shapes, and drying the water by evaporation. There are products on the market that are called "water baths", but they have the disadvantage that they are extremely difficult to bathe in water and are difficult to use.

次に実施例を示し本発明を一層明らかにする。
It varies depending on the type of glue, adhesive strength, viscosity, etc., but in the case of gum arabic, dextrin, etc., it is 25 to 50%, preferably 35%.
~40%, and in the case of synthetic polymers, use a relatively low viscosity grade and make an aqueous solution of 5~12%, preferably 8~10%, but the method of dissolving the glue is generally to dissolve the glue in a predetermined amount of water and the glue according to the conventional method. Stir the ingredients at room temperature until completely dissolved. If necessary, heat may be applied or the pre-dissolved paste may be wetted with ethanol. Next, the aqueous size solution, pigment, and extender are kneaded. It is desirable to mix the maximum amount of pigment or extender to maintain a paste-like state after kneading, and the amount of pigment and extender per 100 parts of the aqueous paste solution varies widely depending on the type, but it is 35 to 35 parts. Mix 350 parts. The kneading method is a conventional method using a kneader or a roll mill.
The mixture is then kneaded to form a hard paste into a predetermined shape. Molding methods include extrusion molding and then cutting to a certain length, or molding by pressing into a predetermined mold. The shape is preferably a thin plate with as large a surface area as possible in consideration of the next drying process. The molded products thus obtained are arranged on a board, preferably on a mesh board, at very small intervals, and placed in a drying device that can be sealed and is directly connected to a freezing device. Then, a vacuum pump is driven to rapidly evaporate the moisture in the paste-like molded product. The drying conditions are -10°C or below 35wLmHg, preferably -15°C or below 25Wt7! LHI, below. When freeze-dried under these conditions, even when water evaporates, the volume does not decrease compared to the original capacity at the time of molding, and the evaporation creates voids, making it porous, making it easier to bathe in water. If the degree of normal pressure or reduced pressure is low, the drying capacity will decrease and the voids will decrease accordingly, resulting in poor water solubility.
Next, examples will be shown to further clarify the present invention.
