筒イの一方の開口端に付設した整流子板口の中心から、
そのコイル筒イの内空中心方向に軸2■ハを突設して回
転子を構成し、その軸ハをステーター の軸受ホに回動
自在に挿通する。そして外側に突出した軸ハにEリング
ヘを装備して、整流子板口の方が下側に向けられて取付
られた場合でもその回転子自体の重量によつて刷子卜が
過度に31押圧されることを防止していた。しかしなが
らこのような従来のコアレスモーターの回転子に於ては
、Eリングヘと軸受ホとのギャップだけ回転子がずれる
ので、そのギャップ分だけ刷子卜に負荷がかかり摩耗が
早くなるという 3・欠点があつfco本発明はかかる
事実に鑑みて成したもので、コアレスモーターの取付方
向の如何にかかわらず刷子に過度の負荷がかかるのを防
止せんとするものである、以下、本発明を実施例図面に
基づいて説明する、第2図は本発明コアレスモーターの
回転子を装備した断面図、第3図は整流子板の斜視図、
第4図は回転子の断面図である。
