This middle mold 12 is suspended from the upper mold 13 when the upper mold 13 is opened by a connecting member 21 made of a chain or the like that connects a holding plate 20 attached to the opening of the upper mold 13 and the back surface of the middle mold 12. It is designed to be fixed in a fixed state. Further, on the upper surface of the medium mold 12, a U-shaped first. The second protruding portion J 2 t 2 J is formed in a stepped shape. The opening of the upper mold 13 is fitted into the first protrusion 22 when the mold is closed, and the upper mold 13 comes into contact with the flat stepped surface of the protrusion 22, serving to close the opening. . The second projecting portion 23 has a height approximately equal to the thickness of the foam sheet to be set, and the foam sheet is set on the flat step surface of the projecting portion 23. A thin tongue piece 24 is formed on the tip side of the medium mold 12. This tongue piece 24 has a notch 25 formed in the lower die 11 at its tip.
A protrusion 26 is formed to fit into and support the medium mold 12.

The middle mold 12 was set by fitting the protrusion 26 at the tip into the notch 25 of the lower mold 11. ·At this time,
A gap of a desired width is formed between the three sides of the middle mold 12 and the inner wall surface of the lower mold 1. Next, as shown in FIG. 4, two polyurethane foam sheets 27h are placed on the step surface of the second projecting portion 23 of the medium size 12, which will become the eave-like side walls of the bag-like cushion body.
, 27b were set so that one side along their longitudinal direction was in contact with the inner wall surface of the lower mold 1. Subsequently, the fixing claws 17a and 17b of the fixing member 15 are connected to the locking pieces 18a.

The mold was tightened in step 3. At this time, the opening of the upper mold 13 is fitted into the first protrusion 22 of the middle mold 12 to close the opening, and the front surface of the upper mold 13 and the polyurethane foam sheet F
27 m + 27 b come into contact with each other, and a space is formed between the front surface of the upper mold 13 and the tongue piece 23 of the middle mold 12. Next, a polyurethane foam stock solution was filled into the mold and foam molding was performed. At this time, the foam material between the middle mold 12 and the lower mold 11 is foamed and flows from the gap between the outer peripheral side of the middle mold 12 and the inner wall surface of the lower mold 11 to the space between the tongue piece 23 of the middle mold 12 and the front surface of the upper mold 13. It is rotated and integrated with the polyurethane foam sheets 27a and 27b set in advance to form a predetermined foam molding. Next, the upper die 13 is attached to the fixing claw 1 of the fixing member 15.
78.17b was moved rearward to open it, and after lifting the middle mold 12, the bag-shaped cushion body was taken out from the middle mold 12.

Then, by foam molding, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, an impregnated layer jθ is formed on the back portion 28 and the eave-shaped head portion 29, which have a U-shaped cross section and are formed by foaming the polyurethane foam stock solution. A polyurethane foam sheet (eave-shaped side wall) 27a integrated through the
27b can be obtained. As a result, it is possible to eliminate the occurrence of defects in the eave-shaped side walls as in the prior art, and thus it is possible to obtain a high-quality bag-shaped cushion body with excellent appearance and sufficient strength in terms of strength at a high yield.
