For this reason, trials were conducted to use cardboard instead of wooden boards, but when a large amount of concrete is poured, such as when forming concrete foundation piles, the water in the concrete dissolves the cardboard and the weight The problem was that it could not hold up and collapsed.

On the other hand, in the process of manufacturing recycled paper by disintegrating waste paper, corrugated paper, etc. into fibers using a disintegrating machine such as a kneader, a tough fiber substance that does not disintegrate easily remains on the strainer of the disintegrating machine. The large amount of remaining material had been disposed of, but there was no proper way to dispose of it, and it was contributing to pollution.

To explain the present invention in detail with reference to an example diagram, used paper9 corrugated paper, which is normally collected as waste, contains small metal pieces such as staplers, duct tape, glue, etc. that are used to construct packaging boxes, etc. Contaminants such as adhesives, vinyl strings, small plastic pieces, dirt, etc. are mixed in, but if this is passed through the disintegration machine as is, these contaminants will be removed by approximately 10%.
A moderately difficult to disintegrate tough fibrous material remains on the strainer.

This raw material is formed into a thick paper body containing 30 to 70% moisture using a known cylinder paper machine, and this thick paper body is molded into a thick paper body using a mold under a pressure of 30 kg/cm2. Temperature 160-2
It is dried by hot pressing at 50° C. for about 5 minutes to form the plate-shaped body 1 shown in FIG.

The asphalt emulsion mixed into the raw material prevents moisture from penetrating, and the water absorption rate of the finished formwork material can be kept below 30%.In addition, the asphalt emulsion is heated and pressed in the mold. It can combine with fibers to give products a unique stickiness.
