として作用させてなるものに関し、特に槽の回転初期及

状態にて長時間保持し得、バランスのくずれに伴なう槽
の振動を極力防止でき、勿論同期運転時には適当な抵抗
を水に与えて急激な水の移動による振動の発生を防止し
得、簡単な構造にして優れた水バランス効果を発揮し得
