所の両面に焼結体フェーシングをリベットにより固定し
、焼結体フェーシング取付部以外の部分において上記取
付板の両面にオルガニックフェーシンクヲ配置し、両オ
ルガニックフェーシングを上記取付板の孔内に侵入した
フェーシング部分を介して互に一体に成型することによ
りオルガニックフェーシングを取付板に固定したことを
