[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a mounting structure for automobile vans.

In automobiles, as a safety measure in the event of a collision, the frame is constructed so that it can buckle when a predetermined load or more is applied in the longitudinal direction of the room. A system has already been developed in which the frame collapses when it acts on the frame through the shock absorber, absorbing the impact energy.

In such shock-absorbing car body structures, the vans are usually fixed to the frame by bolting the stays fixed to the bumpers in two places, front and rear.
For this reason, the space between the two bolts for attaching the stay to the frame is stretched between the stay and the bolt, making it impossible to buckle and deform, and the frame collapses from beyond the mounting bolt at the back of the vans. As a result, there is a problem in that the crush stroke ends up becoming smaller by the distance between the two mounting bolts.

3b is provided, and a mounting hole 4a passes through the Bonont hole 2a, 2bY through the nut 5a, 5b, which is fixed by welding or the like to the inside of the hole 3a, 3b of the frame 3.

4b are respectively screwed to attach the stay 2 to the frame 3. However, in the present invention, the bolt hole 2b on the bund 1 side of the stay 2 is inserted into the bolt hole 2a on the bund 1 side in a predetermined direction in the direction of force. It has a structure in which a long hole 2c of length t is formed.

As shown in the figure, the elongated hole 2c has a width slightly narrower than the diameter of the mounting bolt 4b to be inserted into the bolt hole 2b.

In the above configuration, when an impact load P acts on the buns 1 during a collision, the load P is transmitted to the frame 3 via the stay 2 and the frame 3 buckles, but at that time the bolts 4b on the back side Since the frame 3 is movable relative to the stay 2 while expanding the elongated hole 2c, the frame 3 is buckled and deformed from the part fixed by the mounting bolts 4a on the bumper side, as shown in FIG. has moved to the end of the elongated hole 2c, and due to the increase in the crush stroke in the range corresponding to the length t of the elongated hole 2c of the frame 3 and the resistance valve due to the expansion of the elongated hole 2c by the mounting pole 4b. The amount of collision energy absorbed increases significantly.

In this way, according to the present invention, the crash stroke of the frame can be lengthened by an extremely simple configuration in which a long hole with a width narrower than the diameter of the bumper side mounting bolt is formed in the mounting bolt hole on the back side of the bumper stay. The length of the hole can be increased by the length t, and the amount of collision energy absorbed can be greatly increased by plastic deformation of the long hole by the mounting bolt.In particular, the length of the frame from the fuel tank mounting part to the rear end can be increased significantly. This structure can have a great practical effect as a collision energy absorbing structure for small cars and the like where the height cannot be increased very much.

In a frame that is designed to buckle and deform when a load of more than a predetermined value is applied to the longitudinal direction of the frame to absorb impact energy, the two mounting brackets on the front and rear of the bumper stay are provided to attach the bumper stay to the frame. Among the bolt holes, make a width that is slightly narrower than the diameter of the mounting bolt that will be inserted into the mounting bolt hole on the back side of the buns, which extends in the direction of the mounting bolt hole on the side closer to the bumper. The mounting bolt, which is inserted into the rear mounting bolt hole and screwed into the frame side, is connected to the stay while expanding the width of the long hole. A mounting structure for an automobile van, characterized in that it is configured to be movable.
