Ｐ３に対向する周方向位相において支軸２１の円形外周
面に接する内接点Ｐ工を形成し、片持ちアーム２６の弾
性復元力によって支軸２１を３個の内接点Ｐ１゜Ｐ２．
Ｐ３で接当位置決めするよう構成したことを特徴とする
