Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the space factor of a stator coil by providing guide means for guiding electric wires from a nozzle in aligned state in a slot at the axial end of a stator core. CONSTITUTION:Guide means for guiding electric wires 4 from a nozzle 2 in aligned state in a slot 1a is provided at the axial end of a stator core 1. This guide means is provided through the prescribed interval 1b between the means and a slot wall at the axial end of the core 1, moved from the bottom side of the slot 1a to the opening side, and formed of a former 5 which guides the electric wires 4 from the nozzle 2 through the interval 1b on the wound part in the slot of the prescribed size formed sequentially from the bottom side of the slot. Thus, the wires 4 are not crossed in the slot 1a, and can be wound in high density, thereby improving the space factor of the coil.

Compared to the method in which a stator coil made by winding a fixed volume of I9 on a separate winding frame is inserted into slot 1a, stator core 1 has +lj, +W4.
Although this method improves productivity by directly winding the stator coil, it has the drawback that it requires a large amount of put space, which reduces the space factor of the stator coil and reduces the performance of the motor. .

In the following, the invention will be explained based on the illustrated embodiment flJ. An embodiment 1+11 of the present invention is shown in FIGS. 3 and 4. FIG. Note that the same parts as in the conventional model are given the same reference numerals, so their explanation will be omitted. In this embodiment, a guide means is provided at the axial end of the stator core l for guiding the electric wires 4 from the nozzle 2 into the slots la in an aligned state. By doing this, the electric wire 4 is wound tightly within the slot 1 without any space, and the winding of the stator coil makes it possible to improve the space factor of the stator coil. You can get the equipment.

That is, a guide means is provided at the axial end of the stator core 1 with a predetermined gap 16 between it and the slot wall, and is moved from the bottom side of the slot 1α to the opening side of the slot lc. The electric wire 4 from the nozzle 2 is inserted into the winding part in the slot la of a predetermined size created from the bottom side with a gap 16.
It was formed using a humema 5 that was guided through the. At the beginning of winding the stator coil, vj, the former 5 is wound so that its lower straight part touches the bottom of the slot lα'

: Changed the direction to be on the 1st radius side. In this way, the electric wire 4 drawn out from the needle 3 by the forward rotational movement of the nozzle 2 and guided into the slot ]a from the gap 16 has a radially inward direction of the stator core l in the slot ]71. Because the force is working, 11. ; Yarn i14 i(+, from the outer diameter side of the slot 1a by the former 5 to the inner diameter < til
It is guided by +tC< and aligned with the winding part in the slot 1α, which is regulated by the bottom f-75 of the slot 1cL. When this winding portion is completely filled with the wound wire 4, the number axis of the former 5 is moved along the slot a in the direction indicated by the arrow in the former ib1. +11i

At fJII4, a winding part with a thickness of approximately one electric wire 4 is formed between the winding part and the winding part r. Fix it in the L position. Then, the electric wire 4 is wound around this wound portion in the same manner as described above. This 1:1 operation is repeated l1fj to form a stator coil by winding a predetermined number of turns. In this way, since the former 5 guides the 'iic wires 4 in the slot 1α in an aligned state and winds them, the wires 4 do not cross each other in the slot 1α, and the
The wire 4 can be wound with high density, the space factor of the wound stator coil can be improved, and the performance of the electric motor can be improved.

In FIGS. 5 and 6, i#, , l: Another embodiment of the present invention is shown. In this embodiment, the guide means is formed by a former 5 and a finger 6 provided near the axial end of the stator core 1, movable in the radial direction and up and down, and supporting and guiding the 11f wire 4 from the nozzle 2. did. This is effective when inserting the electric wire 4 into the slot 14 from the inner diameter 9 (1) of the stator core 1 and winding it.In other words, the electric wire 4 is inserted from the inner diameter side of the stator core 1 into the slot 1n. When the electric wire 4 is inserted and wound, no force is applied to the electric wire 4 in the direction of the outer diameter of the stator core 1, so the former 5 and the fingers 6 guide the electric wire 4 to a predetermined position in the direction of the outer diameter inside the slot la. In this case as well, the same effects as in the above case can be achieved.
