機構に関する。
[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to an erroneous recording prevention mechanism for a tape recorder that detects whether recording is possible or not based on the presence or absence of detection water formed in a cassette.

Conventionally, in order to prevent a recorded cassette from being accidentally erased or recorded, tape recorders have been equipped with a detection member that detects the presence of water formed on the side of the cassette to determine whether or not recording is possible. A mechanism for preventing erroneous recording is provided.

However, in such a conventional erroneous recording prevention mechanism, the detection member always protrudes to the detection position (i.e., inside the cassette installation path) that detects the presence or absence of the detected water, which poses a problem when loading and unloading the cassette. At the same time, there is a high possibility that the cassette or the detection member will be damaged during the loading and unloading.

Therefore, in order to solve this drawback, there are some systems in which the detection member is linked to a cassette holder or ejection lever, etc., so that it can be inserted into and removed from the detection position, but in such a system, the configuration is very difficult. This becomes complicated, and since the detection member is moved immediately before the cassette is loaded or ejected, there is a risk that the cassette loading/unloading operation may be hindered due to a timing lag or the like.

The present invention was developed in view of the above, and aims to provide a tape recorder that can reliably determine whether or not recording is possible without causing any trouble when loading or unloading a cassette.

A brake lever 8 is provided with brake parts 9 and 10 for braking the winding and unwinding reel stands 1 and 2.
is provided so as to be slidable in the direction of arrow A on the substrate through its elongated hole 11 and shaft 12, and is normally biased by a spring 13 in the opposite direction of arrow A to brake both reels 1 and 2.

Further, the 11 operating levers 8 are constructed to be slid in the direction of arrow A when each of the operating levers 6.7 is operated, so that the brakes on both reel stands 1 and 2 are released when the operating levers 6.7 are operated.

An engagement part 16 is provided, and a detection part 17 for detecting the presence or absence of detected water 5 in the cassette is provided at the other end, and also comes into contact with the contact part 18 of the recording operation lever to control its sliding operation. The detection lever 14 is rotatably supported by a shaft 20, and is always rotated clockwise by a spring 21 (i.e., in the direction of the detection position for detecting the presence or absence of water). ) is supported.

Therefore, as shown in FIG.
, 2 (that is, when the operating levers 6 and 7 are not operated), the detection lever 14 is spring-loaded due to the engagement relationship between the engagement portion 16 and the protrusion 15. 21 in the counterclockwise direction, and the detection section 17 is brought to a non-detection position where it is completely retracted from the cassette mounting path.

Next, when the playback and recording operation levers 6.7 are simultaneously pressed (in the direction of arrow A) from the stopped state to perform a recording operation, the brake lever 8 is activated when each operation lever 6.7 is operated. The protruding piece 15 is slid in the direction of releasing the brake on both reel stands 1 and 2 (direction of arrow A).
The engagement relationship between the engagement portion 16 and the detection lever 14 is released, and the detection lever 14 is rotated by the spring 21 to a detection position where the detection portion 17 detects the presence or absence of the detection water 5 in the cassette.

Therefore, when there is detected water in the cassette, the detection part 17 of the detection lever is in contact with the detection water 5 of the cassette as shown in FIG. It is removed from the sliding passage 7, and predetermined recording operations can be performed.

In addition, when there is no detection water in the cassette, the detection lever 14 is moved to a position where its blocking piece 19 abuts the abutting portion 18 of the recording operation lever (i.e., the recording operation lever γ (within the sliding passage), and therefore recording operations cannot be performed.

As described above, according to the mechanism of the present invention, when the cassette is attached or removed, the detection means that detects the presence or absence of the detection water formed on the cassette and determines whether recording is possible is moved to the detection position or the non-detection position. By configuring this to be done completely independently of the cassette, it is possible to eliminate the risk of the detection means malfunctioning due to a timing lag in loading and unloading the cassette, etc. as in the past, and it is possible to reliably determine whether or not recording is possible during the recording operation. Therefore, the effect is of extremely high practical value.

テープレコーダーの誤録音防止機構。
A tape recorder that detects whether recording is possible or not based on the presence or absence of detection water formed in the cassette, and is equipped with an operating means for performing various operations such as recording, playback, and rewinding, and a tape recorder that normally performs both winding and rewinding. a braking means which is actuated when the operating means is operated to release the braking on both reel stands; and a braking means which is controlled by the braking means to a detection position or a non-detection position, and which is controlled to a detection position or a non-detection position; and detecting the presence or absence of detected water in the cassette to determine whether or not recording is possible, and the detecting means is in a non-detecting position by the braking means when the operating means is not operated. The erroneous recording prevention mechanism for a tape recorder is characterized in that it is brought to a detection position by actuation of a braking means in conjunction with the operation of the operating means, and determines whether or not recording is possible.
