  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　工作機械の主軸を回転駆動する駆動源と、この駆動
    源を冷却するための空気流を発生する冷却機構とを備え
    、この冷却機構は、上記空気流の向きを変更可能であり
    、上記工作機械およびこれを支持する本体とは異なる方
    向へ、この空気流を向けることを特徴とする工作機械の
    駆動装置。 ２　上記駆動源がスピンドルモータであることを特徴と
    する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の工作機械の駆
    動装置。 ３　上記冷却機構がファンであることを特徴とする実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第１項または第２項記載の工作機械
    の駆動装置。 ４　上記空気流の方向の変更は、ファンを付は替えるこ
    とにより行なうことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第３項記載の工作機械の駆動装置。　　　−
