  1. 直立円筒形の破砕室内下部でその中心線のまわりに回転
    する回転刃と、この回転刃と噛み合う、前記破砕室の壁
    面に突設された固定刃を備えたものにおいそ、前記破砕
    室の壁面に、前記回転刃の回転方向に沿って次第に下が
    っているひさしを設けたことを特徴とするディスポーザ
    。
