Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この考案は、浴室内において、いかなる湿気及び水の状
況にも耐えうる特性を具備したスピーカーに関する。
従来のスピーカーのコーン紙に於いての防水加工法では
、高音域においては音の割れが生じ、低音域においては
振動に対して活動的に作用し、不要な共振・歪音など好
ましくない原因を発していた。
この考案は第１図に示すとと（、通常結晶件固体である
パラフィン（ろう）を加熱容解する。パラフィンは炭火
水素中融点が高いほどのびがよい特性を利用し、塗布の
技法においては、４０度傾斜のロクロ式回転台にスピー
カーを設置し、回転作動させながら溶解パラフィンをス
ピーカー全面に瞬間流射せしめて薄暮塗布する。又、中
央音響輻射部外周の半円環状部のひだへ、ダンプ材料の
エッチ塗料からなる軟質剤を下地充填することによって
パラフィンの塗布を円滑に均一塗布した防水スピーカ■
である。
溶解パラフィンは、白色透明で摂氏１４０度から摂氏１
５０度の間が最もパラフィンの薄延状態がよく、乾燥し
ても、のびがよいほど柔軟性を有する。柔軟性を有する
ことは、振動がよ（音の変化をきたさない。パラフィン
摂氏１５０度以上に於いては、パラフィンが薄延状態に
なる以前に、コーン紙に吸収される量が増し振動部■の
硬直をきたす結果となり、又低温において−は、パラフ
ィン剥離の原因となす。
一般に中央音響輻射部■は、軸方向の中心へ、はげしく
振動して音を発するが、その外周においては吸収されて
反射しないことが望ましが、防水スピーカー■では軟質
剤■が乾燥しても柔軟性を有するので、小さい振巾、振
動は吸収される。
またこの考案は、第１図の■■■ヘパラフインを稀薄塗
布することによって中・高音域においては制動がよく、
浴室内での反響・残響をも抑圧することができ優れたス
ピーカー■を現出せしめる。
又この考案は組立工程において、スピーカーボックスの
前面に密着させることが可能でもある。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. コーン紙よりなるスピーカーをロクロ式回転にて、中央
    輻射部全面へ加熱パラフィンを塗布することを特徴とす
    るスピーカーの防水方法。
